We currently ship using UPS or USPS. Shipping charges are determined by the selected carrier according to the weight of the shipment, the box size, and the destination zip code. Standard Shipping is usually 2-7 business days from the ship date depending on location.

Please be sure that the address you chose to ship to is a secure address where someone will be present to receive items. An e-mail will be sent to you with shipping confirmation.

Money Orders, Cashiers Checks, Company Checks,

We accept money orders, cashier's checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier's check. For company checks, please allow up to 10 business (banking) days after your order has been received by Fresh Farmacy ®.

Multiple Product Orders

For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise.

Out-of-Stock Products

We will ship your product as soon as it becomes available.

Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday.

Returns

We will gladly exchange or give store credit for item(s) damaged during shipping. All damages must be reported to the carrier. Please call our office at 407-550-3585 to receive a merchandise return authorization #. We only accept returns on products contained in jars or bottles. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.

We keep your personal information private and secure. When you make a purchase from our site, you provide your name, email address, credit card information, address, phone number, and password. We use this information to process your orders.
